Short version for guests. If something is not covered here, we follow the booking details and the confirmation email.
Cancellation & refunds
Booking dates are reserved for you after confirmation. If you cancel, the booking fee and prepayment are non-refundable. We do not return money for cancelled stays, no-show arrivals, or shortened stays after check-in.
Guest basics
- Check-in and check-out follow the times shown in your booking.
- Please keep the apartment tidy and respect neighbours and house rules.
- No smoking inside the apartment unless explicitly allowed.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight unless we agree otherwise.
- Any damage or missing items may be charged to the guest.
